Grace in the Shadows is a Christ-centered counseling practice committed to clinical excellence, integrity, and compassionate care. Founded by Dr. Jonathan Behler, our practice exists to serve individuals and couples with both professional skill and spiritual discernment.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking licensed clinicians who desire to build a meaningful practice within a values-aligned, professionally supported environment.

Compensation & Structure

Grace in the Shadows offers flexible opportunities depending on licensure level and availability.

Options may include:

1099 Independent Contractor Roles

  • Flexible scheduling

  • Autonomy in caseload management

  • Percentage-based compensation structure

  • Administrative and billing support provided

W2 Employment Opportunities (this may be available in the future)

  • Structured scheduling

  • Defined compensation model

  • Administrative infrastructure and credentialing support
